We are currently seeking a Service Continuity Coordinator who will report directly to the Service Continuity Manager as a part of our team in Milan (Florence as additional location)
As part of the Global Operational team in Kering Technologies you will be responsible to guarantee the daily operations of the list of services assigned in your portfolio.
You will have to coordinate and continuously working in partnership with business and technical stakeholders or IT partners (Service Owners, Suppliers, internal teams) in order to ensure the right level of services.
You will be a key player in ITIL processes (IT Incident Management, IT Change Management, IT Problem Management, IT Request fulfillment Management and Configuration Management Life Cycle).
How you will contribute
Validating the Infrastructure Architecture, which must be put in place accordingly with Kernig Technologies standards and monitoring the activities to guarantee the day by day operation, for any new service under your responsibility.
Streamlining operational activities, to document infrastructure layer of Application and maintaining documentation or IT Service Management tool (Configuration Management DataBase - CMDB) as needed.
Coordinating all the parties involved in the Infrastructure activities in order to achieve the expected level of service in all the ITIL Process Management
Collaborating with Incident Manager (process owned by End User Support - EUS) in case of Crisis Management for Major Incidents impacting services in your portfolio being the point of contact for Operational scope.
Collaboration with Change Manager (process owned by End User Support - EUS) following the change implementation the Change Management area, both Application and Infrastructure, to evaluate the change, to require impact analysis, to guarantee the Service Owner’s approval and, for each service in your portfolio, being responsible to synchronize all the stakeholders in order to identify the maintenance windows and execute all the changes and maintenance activities limiting as much as possible disservices to the end-users.
Following the day by day production (in order to control the respect of the SLAs and/or OLAs) and monitoring the Service quality and availability, following KPI and creating detailed reports about services in your portfolio.
Managing relationships with internal Kering Technologies areas on the day by day activities to meet Business needs.
Maintaining and developing our internal team and in-house tools (Sharepoint, CMDBViewer, ServiceHealthMap); debugging written code.
Coordinate and supporting technical tools in Kering Tech - Operations organization.
Who you are
A professional with wide experience in service delivery management and technical expertise.
General technical expert in IT architecture and infrastructure and IT Service Management processes and tools.
A professional with good skills in developing languages (mainly C#) using .NET framework, with coding and problem-solving abilities. Familiar with programming languages API.
Familiar with databases concepts, database design and database technologies (mainly MS SQL, Oracle). Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Visual Studio; Strong command of SQL and SQL server tools.
Experienced in generic Service management controls (SLA, OLA, KPI management).
Familiar with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes - a set of best practices for improving IT service management / ITIL certification is a plus.
Familiar with SAP product, BI concepts and Agile methodology are a plus.
Graduate in Computer Science or a related filed is a plus
A professional highly organized with good customer focus attitude and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively interact with team, business-critical users and managers.
A professional able to work in a complex organization as part of a team in a matrix environment, able to manage and delegate working activities.
Fluent in English
